Inspired by the Olympic squads of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam, the DC Olympic Committee is petitioning the International Olympic Committee (word to my man Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah -- you should see him go at it with a snooker cue!) to be recognized. All because those wacky District-of-Columbians don't get to vote.
