It was a project that was going to build the GENERAL ARTIFICIAL CONSCIOUSNESS by harnessing the collective intelligence of users on the web, spun from the wonderful musings of Chris McKinstry, a manic-depressive and probably schizophrenic genius in the vein of John Nash, involved in the VERY LARGE TELESCOPE (VLT) and OVERWHELMINGLY LARGE TELESCOPE (OWL). Some lovely websites were created, random thoughts categorized and exciting interviews engaged.
