Yet another necessary verb to add to your lexicon:
truck·le
- n. a small wheel or caster
- v.i. to roll along truckles
- v.i. to yield or bend obsequiously to the will of another; to submit; to creep (with to). [From truckle in truckle-bed, in allusion to the fact that the truckle-bed on which the pupil slept was rolled under the large bed of the master.]
Usage: "Tony Blair is a sniveling, truckly pawn of the United States."
