I was once given this advice on web design: "Don't make it salmon and mustard [colored]". That is exactly what the designer of kband.com did. This site looks like someone drowned it in the condiment bar at a belgian mcdonalds, where russian dressing, ketchup, mustard and mayo intermingle, begging for the site to be re-designed.

Anyone who volunteers a new design direction for this site will be treated to a large volume of belgian fries with toppings in the many colors of the current kband color palette. Please submit all designs to sna@kband.com.
